Where are the reminders for recurring transactions in this new dashboard? I have to remember to check the list and there is no "skip" there for when you use them!

With the new interface, reminders for recurring transactions are no longer displayed directly on the main view. However, you can find and manage them in the Reminder List window, which you can access at any time to review or skip entries. Here’s how to do it:

1. Navigate to the Gear icon, then Recurring transactions.
2. Click the Reminder List button and locate the template.
3. Hit the dropdown arrow in the Action column, then Skip.
   
   
4. You can also batch skip by ticking the boxes of multiple reminders.

I know it can take some time to adjust to these changes, so we appreciate your patience as we navigate through the updates. We encourage you to share your feedback to help us enhance the user interface and make it more user-friendly for everyone.

1. Go to the Gear icon, then Feedback.
2. Enter a brief description of your product suggestion.
3. Press Next to submit it.
   
   

As for the Tasks feature, it has moved to its dedicated section, which is accessible by clicking the Tasks icon in the upper-right corner of your screen. This tool allows you to organize and track responsibilities within QuickBooks.

1. On the Tasks page, pick Add task.
   
   
2. Key in a title and set the due date.
3. Use the dropdown menu under Assigned to designate a task owner.
4. Include further details in the Notes field to provide additional context.
5. Optionally, toggle on the Recurring task.
6. Save the information once all details are finalized.

Where are the reminders for recurring transactions in this new dashboard? You now have to spend 5 min clicking around to get the recurring list, then off to get the Task list.

This does not make it easier, a 2 second task now takes over 5 min and to get told we hope this makes it easier is a slap in the face.
