Having a sent folder in QuickBooks would be awesome! Right now, there isn't a way to look back at the emails you sent from QuickBooks Online. I encourage you to add your vote for this one by sending a request within QuickBooks. They're always looking to the opinions of users like yourself when determining how best to improve QuickBooks.
Here's how:
- Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions then select Next.
- You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can read through them or select Skip and send message.
- From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category, then select Send message.
In the meantime, you'll want to locate the sales receipts and resend them. You may also activate the Email me a copy feature to receive your own copy of the emailed transactions moving forward. This way, you have the option to forward them to your donors right from your email service.
- Go to the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Choose Account and Settings.
- Click the Sales tab on the left.
- In the Messages section, hit the Edit icon.
- Put a check-mark in the Email me a copy at [your email address] box.
- Select Save and Done once you're finished.
