- In your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company, navigate to the Taxes menu on the left panel and choose 1099 filings.
- From there, click the Current filings drop-down and select the year from the list.
- Choose View 1099 to get a PDF copy.
If your 1099 form was created for the tax year 2022 or later and you can't find it in the archive or previous filings, I suggest contacting our Payroll Support Team. They have additional tools to help you retrieve the form.
