Convert your data to QB Desktop and use the trial version to access your historical data for good. Then, start registering new data in another program to switch completely from QBO.

Of course.  Once again, buggy quick books online damages my company file and Intuit expects me to pay even more than the exorbitant and ever climbing monthly charge.

Thanks for responding.

I fixed every record manually.  That will help motivate me to do anything to get as far away from Intuit as possible.

I mean for Pete sakes, how despicable can a company get?  They literally vandalize my file and want to upcharge me just for the tools to fix it myself!

You will never convince me anyone that has ever worked for this company isn't a terrible person.  It's impossible that anyone there wouldn't absorb their filthy culture of lying and opportunism.

i've written tons of software.  I've made mistakes.  I never once lied to a customer or tried to make them pay for my errors.  Disgusting people with a disgusting culture forming a disgusting company.  I hope all the bad things in life happen to Intuit employees and only Intuit employees.  Y'all deserve it.  Thieves.
