I appreciate you for taking the time to reach out in the Community for assistance, @Rich90. I’m here to share an update and show you where the Void form option exists in QuickBooks.
The 1099 filings tab and Void forms options can be accessed under the Taxes menu. Once a form is rejected, you’ll get an email and in-product notification in the 1099 workflow where the Void forms link can be found. See the attached screenshot below for your visual reference:

I am also having this issue. I have talked to three different people on the phone in the support team and no one knows how manually void them or how to provide the capability to void them. Any suggestions?
I understand the hurdle you're facing in trying to void your 1099 forms, NikoRoveandRoam.
If you have electronically filed your 1099 forms, you have to wait for the forms to have a rejected status to void them. Additionally, if your 1099 forms already have the rejected status, you need to contact the IRS regarding this matter.
In addition, if you're voiding your transaction due to corrections you can manually submit an amendment to the IRS if you need to make changes.
Additionally, I'd also like to share these materials about filing 1099s for more guidance and resources:
Let me know if you have additional inquiries with the 1099 forms in QBO, NikoRoveandRoam. I'll be here to answer them as soon as I get your reply.
