Before upgrading, it's important to make a copy of your company files to ensure your data is secure. This will help avoid any potential data loss or corruption during the upgrade.
To upgrade, please follow these steps:
- Start by going to this link: QuickBooks Desktop Manager.
- Fill in the details needed and click Search.
- Click Download.
- Read the QuickBooks License Agreement. Then, click Let's get started.
- Enter the license number to look for your QBDT 2024 and select Search.
- Pick the email address you use to receive OTP. Once received, enter it in the dedicated field.
- Locate your QBDT 2024 and click Install.
- Once done, select Open QuickBooks and activate it.
