Why are disconnected channels still showing data in commerce dashboard?

I connected and disconnected my eBay channels a few times just testing and trying to figure out my process. I now only have 1 sales channel connected called "eBay US 7". However; all the previous connection names still show in stats, sales, and filters in my commerce dashboard. Is there a way to get rid of them?

Welcome to the Community, @yryr-parts-gmail. I'm happy to share some info about disconnecting a sales channel in QuickBooks Commerce. 

 

When you disconnect a sales channel in QuickBooks Commerce, the system does not automatically remove the downloaded data. 

 

You can only delete them manually by opening each of the transactions or products and services one at a time. Follow the steps below to proceed:

 

Delete a transaction:

 

  1. Navigate to the Sales Orders menu and look for Orders.
  2. Next, open each transaction that you want to delete.
  3. Then, select the More actions button and click Delete.
  4. Once done, select Yes, Delete Order.

 

Remove products and services: 

 

  1. Go to the Inventory section and click Products.
  2. Next, check the boxes next to the products you want to delete.
  3. In the Bulk Actions dropdown menu, choose Delete Products.
  4. Then, enter the displayed confirmation word to proceed.
