Why can I not speak to a person, I am having tax issues that your company created

Good luck with that!! Very little help on chat. No manuals or instructions. You’re just supposed to know how to fix everything!! Extremely disappointing.

Can you tell us more about the tax notification that you've received? You can provide us here the form ID which is usually shown on the top right corner of the notice. That'll surely help us identify how to handle it.

In case, you still want to contact our Customer Support, you can reach them by going to the Help icon at the top right of your QBO account. Follow the steps below: 

1. Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent. 
2. Provide us some insight about your concern and click on Talk to human button. 
3. Select the Contact Us button and provide some details about this concern, then on the  Let's talk button. 
4. You'll now be provided options on how to connect to our Customer Support.
