Why do financial reports print totals blurry?

I'm here to walk you through the steps to produce clear reports, bsilvertooth21. With our combined efforts, we'll ensure you achieve perfect, quality printouts. Let's tackle this together to get the output you need successfully.

To enhance the clarity of your printed report, you can increase the resolution in your print settings, as a low resolution can result in a blurry output. Here are the steps to adjust the resolution:

  1. Open the report that needs to be printed.
  2. Click on the Printer icon.

  3. Click the ellipsis, and choose Print.

  4. In the printer dialog box, go to Properties.
  5. Click on Advanced (Which may be a button or a tab, depending on your Windows version).
  6. Set the resolution higher, such as 600 x 600.
  7. If there is a Dithering option available, choose Fine.

If the resolution remains blurry after making these adjustments, consider updating or repairing your Adobe Reader/Acrobat. Using the latest version of the software can improve functionality, especially when viewing documents like PDFs.
