Why do I keep getting text messages with Merchant Service Center Codes%3F%0D%0A

I know that receiving codes through text from Merchant Service Center isn't ideal for you. 

Merchant Service Center sends transaction result codes with e-commerce when processing payments. May I know what specific codes you're receiving every time you process credit card payments?
