You can send emails from QuickBooks Online (QBO). To integrate Outlook with QBO, you can use a connector app. Here's how to find one:
After that, you can seek further assistance from Outlook support.

I have searched "email" apps such as outlook nothing comes up. It looks like I would need to create a google "contact" list of my customers or just keep looking up and typing in email address every time I need to send my customers employees estimates and purchase orders. Quickbooks desktop connected to outlook 365 and automatically filled in the email addresses once I started typing the address.
Hi there, @5146.
I recognize the importance of automatically filling in your customer's email address if you create a transaction for them. QuickBooks Online integration with Outlook email isn't currently unavailable. However, you can still achieve this goal, and I'm here to guide you how.
We'll need to manually input each customer's email address in its customer profile once to automatically fill in the email address whenever you create a transaction.
Here's how:
Repeat each step to configure each of your customers so that whenever you create a transaction, you'll no longer need to type the email as it will automatically fill.
You may also consider adding a sub-customer to track and create projects under the main customer.
You're always welcome to post here in the Community if you have further questions about QuickBooks Online app integration. We're always here to assist you.
No I did not get my answer AND..... I sent an estimate email to a customer after I had to look it up their address. I received an email from my customer stating if I was going to quote their materials. I looked back quickbooks online states it was sent and I never received a "there is a problem" error on my home page notifying me the address was incorrect and still today two days later I do not have an error message.
Hello there, 5146.
Allow me to chime in and provide some information why your customers aren't getting emails from QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll also give some steps to troubleshoot this matter.
One reason is you may need to reset your email address. Here's how:
If everything looks good, ask your customers to check their junk mail and spam folders. If it's still not found, clear and re-enter your email address.
As a workaround, access your QBO account on another device. From there, send the estimate to your customer.
Additionally, you can also save the form as a PDF. Afterward, send it to your customer using another email client.

Do you understand what you just emailed me for a response. The difference is desktop is easy and entry friendly. The online program is more steps to get to one goal. How would I tell all of my customers they now need to look in junk mail for my emails because I UPGRADED my accounting program. Also, once I send the email how do I even know it went into their junk, I typed the mail address wrong or if they did receive it at all...... on desktop the emails are connected to your outlook, you can easily type a name which populates addresses, go back and double check to see if you sent it in your sent box and get an immediate response if you typed the wrong address. The only way I can make sure my customers receive my emails now with online is to download to my hard drive, then go to their request email and email them a copy. Yep, this is an upgrade. If it was not for the fact I need my accountants help with quickbooks, I would have never switched. I was much faster entering and process documents than I am now.
It happened again yesterday. I accidentally typed in the wrong email address and I still do not have an error message in my quickbooks. My customer emailed me today angry he did not receive his quote. I now have to download all documents and then go to my outlook and send. This is the only way I can see the email was sent (in case i forgot) and if it was and error. I do not believe there is a way to see if an email was sent through quickbooks online? Sometimes I am so busy I can't remember if I sent the item. In desktop I was able to go to my outlook type in the invoice, quote, purchase order number and see that it was sent or not sent.
