Why has my billing gone up

I'll provide some details about your billing subscription rates matt216.

There are possible reasons for your subscription to go up.

  • You are currently using Payroll.
  • It could be that sales tax is added to the base subscription price.
  • You had promotional discounts that have expired, so you are now being billed the regular price for your subscription.
  • You recently upgraded from Simple Start to Essentials, or from Essentials to Plus.

You'll want to review detailed information on your subscription rates, To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear or Settings ⚙ icon, then select Account and settings.
  2. Select Billing & subscription.

However, if the rate isn't justifiable for the increase, I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can check what are your charges. Also, they have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter your concern".
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback.
