Let me assist you with the incorrect income amount in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
The most possible reason for this is because of the duplicate transaction. Let's review and remove all the duplicates so we can resolve this.
- Go to the Transactions tab. If QBSE found possible duplicates, you’ll see a note at the top.
- Click Delete duplicate transactions.
- Select each group of duplicates and mark the copy you want to keep.
- Hit Keep marked transactions.
Any unchecked transactions will be permanently deleted. If QBSE is unable to locate possible duplicate, you'll want to manually search for it.
