Since QuickBooks Checking is suddenly missing from your mobile app, I suggest signing out of the QuickBooks mobile app and then signing back in. This simple step can refresh the system and resolve minor glitches.
If it's still missing after logging back in, I recommend refreshing your app's data to remove any clogged or outdated information and ensure the app runs smoothly.
Here's how:
If refreshing the data doesn’t resolve the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Here's how:
A fresh installation can help resolve performance issues by clearing corrupted files or errors and ensuring the app functions as expected.
If the issue persists, I recommend accessing your QuickBooks Online account through a web browser as an alternative. You can simply go to https://quickbooks.intuit.com and log in to check if QuickBooks Checking and other features appear correctly online.

Hi!
I’ve confirmed that it is simply missing. I’ve signed out and back in; uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still no sign of the Checking option. I believe that it’s because of recent UI changes made by the developers.

Yeah you morons removed the ability to access and manage our quckibioks checking accounts in the app. There is no place to get to the checking account to initiate a funds transfer. Also the stupid app keeps demanding I reconnect my chase account though I’ve done it 6 different times. Fix it!!!!!!!!!
Hi there, Pc Joe.
We know how important it is to manage your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Checking account and keep your bank connection working smoothly.
If you’re using a standalone QuickBooks Money app, those features are no longer available. The QBO mobile app does not support standalone QuickBooks Checking accounts for accessing and managing your account or initiating funds transfers.
Please try logging in through a web browser to access your QuickBooks Checking account and complete transfers.
As for the Chase reconnect issue, it’s likely happening because the mobile app can't maintain banking connections for standalone accounts. Once you switch to the web version, you should be able to reconnect Chase successfully and manage your transactions without repeated prompts.
If you have any questions, feel free to reply to this thread.
I’m using the QuickBooks online app, you know the one I’m paying $40/month for that has been broken with updates. The one I’m supposed to be able to use to run my business. To access my qb checking account and my qb loans. Fix it. Put it back the way it was.
Are you saying that you removed the feture of managing my Quickbooks Checking account from the QuickBooks Online moble app? I just want this to be clear.
I found it under the lending Icon.
