Buy now & saveToday, My search feature is not working in quickbooks online. I have cleared the cache on my browser, used in private browser, used another browser and it still will not let me search in quickbooks. When I select the magnifying glass to search the screen goes grey and nothing happens.
Same thing for us. Tried different browsers, different users, and still no search on any page.
Same problem. Have you been able to fix it? if so how?
suddenly the search box in the customer window disappeared! I tried clicking on the magnify glass at top of page and it greys out the screen but doesn't allow me to search anything. I've been reading for an hour and haven't gotten any clue how to get this fixed

Ours started working today. I assume a fix was pushed out overnight, hopefully its the same result for others. We also do PC updates on Thursday nights so it may have had something to do with a pending update..? Either way, it is working for us now.
