Hi there, Mimi M.
Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community. I'll be sharing troubleshooting steps to ensure you can print the check in QuickBooks Online smoothly.
Sometimes you'll be having trouble printing in QuickBooks Online due to unexpected behavior. Since the font on checks printing is tiny, it could be the font settings aren't set up correctly. I recommend making sure to review the said settings and need to set them up in increased order. You can also adjust the printer scale from the print settings to make it more visible.
Here's how:
- Choose a check you want to print.
- Press the printer icon beside the cogwheel icon.
- Select More settings, then click Custom from the Scale drop-down.
- Adjust the number (should be higher than 100).
- Make the necessary adjustments.
- Hit Print.
