Hello, Powerkleenpros.
Before uploading a receipt, please remove any sensitive or personal information, such as credit card numbers and government identifiers.
Make sure your receipt is in one of the following formats (e.g., PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, or PNG). If you are using a newer iPhone or iPad, you may need to convert your images from the HEIC format. Apple offers instructions on how to do this.
If you have already completed this step and the issue persists, we can try some basic troubleshooting steps in your QuickBooks mobile app. The app's cache or data might be causing unusual behavior. Here's how:
For iOS:
- Tap on the Settings icon and then select General.
- Click on iPhone Storage and find the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app.
- Tap on the Offload App option to refresh the app's data.
For Android:
- Open your phone's Settings.
- Select Application.
- Locate the QBO app.
- Tap on Clear data to reset the app to its initial state.
If the issue persists, we can uninstall and reinstall the app to ensure you're using the most recent version.
Feel encouraged to let us know in the comments below if you have any other questions about QuickBooks.
