Why can't I select the previous year from the widget?

It is only allowing me to select for 'this year" (2024) and not from 2023

I am currently trying to use Solopreneur

It's nice to have you here in the Community, @Affinitistyle.

To begin with, could you please provide a screenshot of what specific widget you're unable to select from the previous year? This will help me to better understand the issue and provide you with the appropriate solutions.

In the meantime, let's try some troubleshooting steps to determine whether the issue is related to your browser. To begin with, please open an incognito window to prevent your browsing history from being saved. You can use the following keyboard shortcuts based on the type of browser you are using:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Alternatively, you can use any other supported, up-to-date browser to ensure the best experience with QuickBooks.

For more tips and other resources you can use in the future, I recommend visiting our website: Self-help articles.

Please keep me informed, @Affinitistyle. If you have any other questions related to the widget or anything else about QuickBooks. I'm here to assist you in any way that I can.
