The option to batch transactions and convert them into recurring transactions is an excellent idea, @edgingtonwaterdi, as it would significantly enhance your business workflow.
Before we proceed, I want to clarify that currently, QuickBooks Online does not support the direct batching of transactions into recurring transactions. However, we encourage you to provide feedback on this feature so that our product team can consider it for future updates.
To send the feedback, you can follow the steps below:
- Go to the Gear icon and click the Feedback option.
- Type in your comments or product suggestions.
- Click the Next button to submit feedback.
You can also review our QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website for any request updates.
In the meantime, you can process these transactions manually. You can follow the steps below:
- Go to Sales.
- In the All sales tab, look for the transaction that you've created.
- Tick the View/Edit.
- Hit the Manage and choose the Scheduling dropdown.
- Toggle on the Make invoice recurring. (Depends on the transaction you created.
- Click Save and close.
I've also included this article that offers step-by-step guidance on how to effectively organize and manage your bank transactions, which is crucial for maintaining clear and precise financial statements: Categorize Online Bank Transaction in QuickBooks Online.
