With QB Online, how can we change the "Service" column heading on a packing slip? It's bizarre as we do not provide services, but products. Is there a solution to this?

Changing the "service" column to "product" is essential since you are offering products to your customers. However, this feature is currently not available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). In the meantime, I recommend sending your feedback to our Product Engineers. They will review your suggestion and may consider adding it in future updates.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions, indicating why the feature is necessary and its potential impact on your business.
3. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Thank you for the reply. I have submitted feedback as suggested, but as other feedback I have sent has not led to anything positive I am not optimistic. I remain very disappointed that such a basic issue as a column heading cannot be edited. I can only imagine what our customers must think when they see the word "Service" instead of Item, Product or similar.

I can only imagine what our customers must think when they see the item they are purchasing is classified as a "Service", instead of an Item or Product. It makes us look unprofessiobnal! I really hope this simple thing can be changed.
