With the latest updates my customers name no longer appears on the invoice even though it’s in the database. What is the fix for this?

Overloaded data and other browser issues can prevent some names or lists from loading correctly, eaiaccounting.

I suggest following some steps to ensure you can see the names of your customers when creating invoices.

First, add Intuit as a trusted site.

Then, delete cache and Intuit-specific cookies. Use the links in this article for a step-by-step guide, depending on the browser that you're using: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks.

After that, restart your browser and log back into QuickBooks to check if you're able to see the customer names.
