There are a couple of reasons why the said option is missing such as syncing data issues with your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app to QBO servers, and accumulated corrupted cache files.
To resolve this, refresh your app data. Here's how to do it:
If you're using Android devices,
- Tap on the menu icon (☰).
- From Access More Options, select More Options.
- Go to Settings and tap on Settings.
- Choose Refresh Data option.
- Tap YES to confirm.
If you're using iOS devices,
- Go to Settings and then tap General.
- Tap iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
- Tap Offload App.
If the issue persists, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling your QBO mobile app. This way, you have the most updated version possible and refresh its setup.
