Hello there, @AlaAblozhey82.
I can help you figure out why you can't see all the transactions that are affiliated with your customer. Let me outline all the possible reasons why you're encountering such behavior.
When you receive the possible payment from the customer, it will show all their outstanding invoices under their name. Thus, transactions that are already marked as cleared or received won't reflect in the system.
Invoices under the Receive payment tab will only show if these are considered outstanding transactions. If they still don't appear in the tab, you can perform basic troubleshooting steps to check for a browser issue. Sometimes, your search engine's cache and cookies become corrupted, which will cause problems in accessing websites or opening files.
To begin, sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in an incognito window. It will prevent the browser history from being saved.
Please refer to the following keyboard shortcuts based on your browser type:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If the private browsing session works, clear the browser's cache so the system can restart. This task is also possible with other supported and up-to-date browsers. Clearing the cache will reboot the system, allowing you to work with clearing the stocked cache and cookies that cause the issues.
On the other hand, if you can confirm that you've cleared some of the transactions under your customer, you can always check the complete lists of those invoices under the Customer tab.
Let me write down the steps to get you going:
1. Go to the Sales menu, then click the Customer tab.
2. Enter the name of your customer.

From there, you will be directed to all of the transactions that are associated with your selected customer.

3. From the Transaction List, choose the drop-down arrow in the Type tab.
4. Then, select Invoices to see all of the transactions.
Moreover, you can also modify the status and date of the invoices for your personal convenience using the Status and Date tab.
