I want to add a blue tooth credit card device to accept credit cards. We are in a multi user environment and just want to add one unit at the front counter so that customers can swipe their cards. The devices that QB has available for sale do not seem to be the answer. Any suggestions?

Since the QuickBooks Payments card reader isn't the one you're looking for, I'd suggest searching for a third-party application that you can integrate into QuickBooks Desktop. This way, you'll be able to let your customers swipe their cards when paying.

I appreciate your response. However, I am hoping for a suggestion about what 3rd party software to use. I have looked through the app center on desktop and can't find anything. We already use merchant services but have been keying all of our credit card transactions. Need to be able to swipe cards for customers that are physically in our lobby. We have 3 different people in our office that assist customers - so blue tooth is what we need and any one of us can connect to to process those payments.
