I have some solutions to help you resolve the card reader issue. Let's try to disconnect and reconnect the card reader.
If you see the color green when you look at your app, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Card Readers, then choose the card reader to disconnect.
- From the Reader Actions drop-down, select Forget Reader.
- Reconnect the reader.
For color blue, here's how:
- Go to More > Hardware.
- Select Card Readers, then choose the card reader you want to disconnect.
- From the Readers Actions drop-down, tap Forget Reader.
- Reconnect the reader.
Once done, make sure your Bluetooth is on. Bluetooth card readers only connect to Bluetooth compatible devices.
