Yes, you can request a callback through your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, Marcus.

Please know that if it's your first payment batch with QuickBooks Payments, it may take up to 5 business days for the funds to be deposited due to account setup. Future payments will be processed faster.

To find out when your funds will be deposited,  check their status in the Merchant Service Center. Here's how:

  1. On the homepage, hover over Activities & Reports.
  2. Choose Deposits, then customize the date range in the Dates field.
  3. Hit Search.

If the Status column shows Funded, the funds are already in your bank. For Withheld or Batch Deposit Returned, click the arrow in the Fee column for details and refer to the email instructions provided. If it shows Funded but you haven't received the funds, check with your bank as they may be holding the deposit.

Additionally, to request a callback, see the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Help icon.
  2. Go to the Search tab, then enter a keyword in the search field.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Select Have us call you in the Callback section.

For future reference,  you can visit this material to view and download your processing statements in the Merchant Service Center: View and download statements in the Merchant Service Center.

If you have a follow-up question regarding customer payments or any other concerns, don't hesitate to hit the Reply button. We're always here to assist you.
