Can you remove the large message stating "Your invoice is ready!" that automatically appears on the email sending an invoice?

The "Your invoice is ready!" message in the email is a default notification from QuickBooks and can't currently be customized or removed.

This "Your invoice is ready!" message needs to be removed IMMEDIATELY.

It is completely unprofessional looking and only just started appearing on invoices the last few weeks. So QUICKBOOKS, WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU ARBITRARILY CHANGE THIS TO A DEFAULT????

The look of this new invoice email and the fact that WE DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS CHANGE seems to be the final nail in the coffin for my team's last business using Quickbooks for invoicing.

If this "Your invoice is ready!" message isn't gone by the end of the month, we will be migrating them to a new program and fully unsubscribing from Quickbooks.

I totally agree with you! The tone is so wrong, pushy, and unprofessional. Our small business has been using Quickbooks for 20 years. I called them and talked to two people who opened up a "case" for my request. They said they weren't sure if it would be reviewed or considered. I see people have been asking about this for a while, so it sounds like it's not going to change. I am copied on every invoice and every time I see it, I cringe. It sounds so awful. Very frustrated.
