I'm having an issue changing our Merchant Account phone number. The phone number associated with our account isn't in use so I cannot change the phone number because they need text / voice confirmation using the old number. Can anayone provide an alternative since the pop up doesn't give the option to email for the security code? Thanks in advance, Sue
If you're unable to access your previous phone number that is associated with your account, it'd be best to reach out to our customer support. This way, they can update your phone number to make sure you're account's information is updated.
