If you're unable to access your previous phone number that is associated with your account, it'd be best to reach out to our customer support. This way, they can update your phone number to make sure you're account's information is updated.

When I follow your steps it does not have a lets talk button to click.

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Click on Help (?).
3. Hit Contact Us.
4. Choose the way you wish to connect with support (Callback, Chat, Etc.).
