Check payment printing problem

Hi,

We encounter an issue in check payment printing, the print preview is not visible in PDF. We experience this problem since January 17, 2020 Friday and up to present were still not able to print the check payment transaction. Thus, anyone also encounter the same problem?  Hope to receive positive feedback the soonest.

Here are some pointers that you can check to resolve this printing issue:

 

  • Clearing your browser's cache.
  • Using a different browser.
  • Disabling the pop-up blocker.

The steps in clearing temporary internet files may vary per browser. For detailed instructions, you can visit this article: clearing temporary internet files and cache

 

Once you're done, restart your browser for the changes to take effect. Then, try to check if you can now print it. If it persist, try using other supported browsers.

 

In case you're using Firefox, you can go to your browser's settings and disable your pop-up blocker.
