You can create and send out estimates in two ways. I'll show you how:
 
By going to the Sales menu:
 
- Log in to your QBO company.
 
- Click on the Sales menu.
 
- Go to the Estimates tab and click on Create estimate.
 
- Fill out all the necessary information.
 
- Once done, select Save and send or Save.
 
 
By going to the +New menu:
 
- Log in to your QBO company.
 
- Click on the +New button.
 
- Under customers, select Estimate.
 
- Fill out all the necessary information.
 
- Once done, select Save and send or Save.
