Credit card payments & Card fees why are they not on my register?

Welcome to the Community, munroe. I can guide you on how to show credit card payments and fees in your register in QuickBooks Online.

To begin with, if you use QuickBooks payments, you can look at your monthly statements in QBO to see the credit card payments deposited to your bank account. 

Here's how:

1. Log in to your QBO account, select the Gear icon, and click Account and Settings.
2. Choose the Payments menu and go to the Documents section.
3. In the Monthly Statements drop-down, click the month you want to view.
4. Click View.

If you're unable to locate the credit card payments from your account statements, then let's try checking the deposit speed to determine when QuickBooks deposits customer payments into your bank account. Follow the steps below:

1. Go to Settings and select Account and settings.
2. Go back to the Payments menu.
3. Check the Deposit Speed section.

On the other hand, if a transaction appears on your banking statement (real-life bank) but not in your register, you can manually update the connected Bank Account in QBO. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Transactions, then click the Bank Transaction.
2. Choose the bank account you used to pay your credit card account.
3. Click the Update button.
4. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and click Continue Update.

Once completed, you can look for the credit card payments in the For Review section and then categorize them to show in the register. Please note that uncategorized entries won't reflect on the register.

Additionally, you can reconcile your account so they always match your bank and credit card statements.
