SUMMER SAVINGS 90% OFF QuickBooks for 3 months* Ends June 27
Buy nowWe have QB Enterprise 2022 and certain stations drag when processing credit cards. Literally some stations are lightening fast while others take 2-4 minutes for a CC to process. We have changed ethernet cables, we have replaced the PCs with new and more memory. The issue persists! We have no other connectivity issues for any other programs we use in the office. It is ONLY QB and processing payments. Anyone have any clue?

When the update is finished, close and reopen QuickBooks Desktop. Then, click Yes to complete the process. Once done, restart your computer. If you have other questions about QuickBooks Payments, you may want to visit this page to find answers: QuickBooks Payments FAQ.

Unfortunately, this is not a solution.
All QB applications are updated with the latest version available, the server included. This all started to happen after the R5 update that switched to the new "Quickbooks Internal Browser". Within a week of this update we started having issues on certain machines. Is there an internal caching issue within Quickbooks Enterprise 2022? This issue seems to be happening on the PCs that use QB Merchant Service Center credit card processing the most. We noticed the issue within a week of installing the R5 update. We bill a lot of credit cards everyday and the more the station bills the slower it gets for the payment to process.
Thanks!
