Let me share some information about the Payment limit and route you to the right support, lower.

Some QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payments users are restricted in how much they can receive online in a 30-day rolling time via ACH Bank Transfer and Credit Card. In this, customers won't be able to pay online after you hit the processing limit until your limit reopens later on. You can still be compensated in cash or checks, though.

Moreover, you can contact our QuickBooks Payments Team to check on how much the limit you have to get paid online. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and provide you with details about this one.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Help.
  3. Choose the Search tab and then click on Contact Us.
  4. Please put in a brief description of your concern, and then hit Let's talk.
  5. Select Callback from the option.
  6. Enter your contact information and click Get a call.

Additionally, refer to this article for other options when contacting them. You can also scroll down to the bottom to see their support schedules and hours: Contact Payments or Point of Sale Support.

I've got a link here that provided you with articles about managing QuickBooks Payments: Merchant services enable credit card and eChecks processing.

Feel free to reply to this post if you need a hand with receiving payments via QuickBooks or any QuickBooks Online related. I'll be here to help. Keep safe and healthy.
