Do not use QuickBook Checking Account

This is not a business checking account, at best, it is a high yield savings account.  You will not be able to operate your business effectively from this account if you want to write checks, deposit checks or have more than 1 debit card. There is no way to write checks, period.  There is no way to deposit checks directly into this account...you have to deposit them into a different account, then transfer them over to this one, which takes 5 business days.  The other option is to have the customer pay via ACH or credit/debit, which surprise, surprise, Quickbooks will charge you for.  Supposedly they are working on adding a mobile deposit feature that will be available sometime in the future, when, no one knows, trust me I spent a lot of time of the phone with different folks. You are only allowed 1 debit card per account with no exceptions. With multiple crews/team members I need several, so this didn't work for me.

Do not use QuickBook Checking Account

I've heard lots of bad things about the QuickBooks Checking Account.

But, a checking account that doesn't allow you to write checks!? That's new!
