Let me help ensure your concern about setting up recurring payments and sending them to Bill.com are properly addressed.


If you collect payments from customers every month, you can set schedule recurring sales receipts. This way, you’ll no longer have to create one every time. While the Autopay feature allows your clients to pay you quickly and easily.


These resources provide more information on how each feature work. From there, you’ll learn about the setup process, ways to check the payment status, create a recurring sales template, and so on. 

 


In regard to your concern, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments Team. They can go over the details of customer payment processing and see if you'll be able to set up recurring payments. Then attach them as a pdf to an invoice and send them to Bill.com.
