double payments

I am afraid Intuit wants me to pay my subscription fee twice in a given month and I cannot afford to pay this.

Hello! Let me provide you with the information you need about managing your payments for the subscription, deal1tc.

Intuit will not charge you twice for a monthly subscription. It won't happen once you've already processed the payment successfully. Can you verify if you see a double deduction on your card already.

In the meantime, if you're asked to pay your subscription despite paying it already, it could be that you were experiencing an issue with your payment method when you processed your payment before. You can avoid any interruptions in service and ensure a smooth billing process by updating your payment method. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
  2. Go to the Gear icon and select Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Click on Edit next to your payment method. Update your payment method used for QuickBooks Online billing (expiration date, billing address, account holder name)
  4. After saving your change, the Subscriptions and billing page will display the updated payment method.

However, if the system has already successfully deducted a payment and you are still receiving this kind of message, please consider reaching out to our customer support. They will check your account in detail, including double payments made and subscription status. Go to the Help icon> Contact us in the Search tab> Continue.

t disagree with your findings, I am not paying twice for product that has been giving me headaches because for one thing, I feel like I am paying too much and that you want to charge me again for something I already paid.  I cannot afford to pay two times a month.

@deal1tc

Maybe you should switch to QB Desktop with a non subscription license.
