I am getting this error with about 1% of customer cards when I click the box to "Use this credit card in the future for this customer". I have called QB support and spent 20+ hours with no solution. The credit card information has been triple checked and is all correct but still getting the error. QB support has submitted tickets to the software engineers on my behalf to fix the issue but they always close the tickets and say it has been resolved but it has never once been resolved.
I can charge the card with the using the exact same credit card info and quickbooks accepts the card no problem as long as I don't click the box to save the card info for future payments. Once I click that box then QB will spit out the error
I can also charge the card with the same info without problem on the backend payments processing through accounts and setting>payments then charging the card.
Seems as though maybe this is a security feature issued by the bank of the customers card??

I've had it escalated 3 times to the software engineers and they always close the ticket saying its resolved but its not and then there is now way to reopen the ticket, I have to call back in again and start from scratch and spend 3 hours on the phone and doing screen share with someone just to let them try all their stupid diagnosics even though I know they won't work. it so frustrating.
Weird thing about it is it happens randomly. and I have tried the same exact card like 5 months later and all of sudden it works magically. I believe its a glitch in the software. Happens to about 2% of my customers cards.
