Excessive Fee Charged on accidental charge to customer
I use QB merchant service. I was charged 1844.59 twice for a sales order I created in QBO rather than an Invoice. I had no Idea that when I saved the sales order it automatically charged the customer credit card 63,597.88. the customer called me 2 days later when they got notice from AMEX that this charge was on their card. I went to my QB merchant account and refunded the 63,597.88.
I reached out to QB Merchant services and they said sorry your out the 3689.18 . So for a simple mistake it cost me 3689.18 I have had an account with them for at least 15 years without any chargeback ever. So much for helping out small business.
I understand that you've already called our Merchant Support, but I'd still recommend reaching out to them again. They are the best resource available for you regarding the excessive fee that is being charged to your customer.
