After recording a bill, QuickBooks Online (QBO) can help you record partial payments for it manually. Here's how to do it. I've also attached some screenshots for reference:
- From the left side menu, select Expenses.
- Select Bills, then click Pay Bills.
- Select the bill to be paid.
- Enter the partial amount under the Payment column.
- Click Save.
