Fund been hold for over 2 months

Quickbook closed my account while the dispute was in process, on October 30th I received the notice of email dispute won. Since dispute won no one ever contacted me but I called them multiple times and in each call every single care rep has their own response. Last month a lady told me there’s a note that says they can’t fund the money I have to contact client to inform them to open a dispute through their bank so they can fund that money back and client will find another way to pay us. Which I informed client. After that client said nothing had happened, and last week again I call the guy name Justin said you  fund will be hold for 294 days if client don’t dispute it the fund will be deposited to your bank. Which was crazy compared to first person I spoke to. I’ve made more than 40 calls to quickbook no solution. And today I called spoke to another representative she said your fund was sent to collections agency for depth revenue. I don’t owe any collection depth nor business revenue. This is unclear and I need to open a first class action lawsuit as this is so not true. Everyone is providing us with different information and I don’t know where this money is at. This is crazy. I see so many complaints about funds being held. If everyone is interested in the class action reply here I’ll make a link possible to your email so we can have this issues solved. This is so unprofessional the way quickbook works. Now none of my account is working they closed everything and there’s no way for to get the funds. This is ridiculous!
