When I set up my account I used my work email for the company I do contract work for. Now they are saying I “self funded” because I sent an invoice to the company. They won’t release the funds and when I asked them to refund to the client, they said the client would just have to dispute it with their bank. Even after I verified it is not my company, they still said it was self funding. This is all after I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for almost a month to figure out why my funds were on hold!
