Funds on Hold

QB unexpectedly closed my merchant account without any warning or reason, and they have stolen $175,000. I have been lied to every time that I have called to get this resolved. I have even been told by one CSR that the ACH was reversed, given an ACH reversal confirmation number, and that I should see the funds in 24 hours. After not receiving the funds as promised, I called back a week later and was told by another CSR that the first CSR lied. This is astonishing. I cannot get a supervisor on the phone no matter how many times I ask. I have been on the phone with support for 9 hours total in the last 12 days, always speaking to someone new, always getting a different answer. Today I kicked off the process of filing a lawsuit. This has hurt my small growing business and the employees that count on me to help them feed their families. I can assure anyone that is reading this, that the same energy and focus that I have used to become a successful small MINORITY OWNED BUSINESS, is now aimed at crushing this pathetic and soulless company full of crooks in court. When this is over you will pay me far more than the money that you stole. That is a promise.

Funds on Hold

Sadly, I have seen a LARGE number of others that have gone through this exact same thing.

QB never has any answers as to why they have closed merchant accts.  They jus t do it.  Then, they hold the money for a s long as the possibly, legally can, just to turn it over to the state of their customer.

You can find others in this same boat by using the Search bar at the top of any page.

I really hope you follow through with the lawsuit.  Intuit/ QB needs to learn that they can't keep treating their customers this way.  It's criminal!!

Good luck.
