I recognize the importance of having the option to personalize the receipts that get sent to our customers through text or email. As I check here on my resources, the feature you're trying to access is unavailable. However, I'd recommend sending a feature request to our Product Development Team. This way, they'll see your product suggestion and consider it for future updates.
- Access your QuickBooks Payments account.
- On the top right corner, click Feedback.
- Enter a brief description about your feature request.
- Once you're ready, hit Send.
