It is subject to continuous risk assessment and is often locked until your company meets specific internal stability and history criteria.
For example, your QuickBooks Checking account must be active and in good standing. New customers may need to use the account for a qualifying period before the mobile deposit feature is unlocked.
If you don't see the option to deposit checks when you navigate to the Cash Flow section of the mobile app, it means the feature has been deactivated or has not yet been activated for your account.
