How can I add my apple credit card?

I can show you how to add your apple credit card account to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @jhon3.

You can go to your Banking or Transactions menu to add your card. Here's how to connect the account:

  1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu and select the Banking tab.
  2. If this is the first account you’re setting up, click on Connect Account. If you’ve already set up an account, select Add account or Link account if you've already created one.
  3. In the search field, search for this bank account.
  4. Select Continue and enter your banking username and password.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish connecting the account.

Refer to this article on how to connect business and personal accounts to QuickBooks Online from your Chart of Accounts or Banking menu: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

After getting your latest transactions, here's how to match and categorize them: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

In case the apple credit card isn’t supported yet in QBO, you may send us a request to add it to our list of supported banks. The process of integrating a new bank feed may take some time. Our team will consider the number of requests and the approval of the bank itself.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu and click on the Link Account.
  2. Search for the name of your financial institution.
  3. Select the Request support for your bank link and enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.

Check these articles for more information about sending a request to support your bank and adding your bank transactions manually:

If you have other questions about adding your apple credit card, I'm happy to answer them for you. Just post it here as a reply and I'll take a look at it. Have a good one!

@jhon3

Another option, utilize MT Online. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.

How can I add my apple credit card?

I saw a post that said that Apple cards can't be set up - that transactions have to be uploaded. Has this been fixed? It  doesn't make sense to not be able to set it up like all other accounts.

You read it right on the other post, @JL324.

It'd be a significant addition to linking your Apple Credit Card to our Online Banking feature. The integration will depend on your financial institution. While this option is unavailable, you'll want to send request support from your bank by following the steps below:

  1. Proceed to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then click Bank transactions (Take me there), or go to Banking (Take me there).
  2. Select Connect account.
  3. If you’re still unable to find your bank, click Request.
  4. Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.

You can also review this article for your reference: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking.

For now, you can upload your bank transitions manually via CSV file. Here's a link you can utilize for the detailed instructions: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Once done downloading your data into QuickBooks, you can start categorizing and matching them.

If you need further assistance with other tasks in your account or issues about setting up Apple Card with QuickBooks, please let me know in your reply. I'm here to answer them for you. Have a good day!
