Since the option is unavailable, you'll want to request your bank's support by following the steps below:

Another option, use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

Has anyone had success using the method below to import transactions from the Apple Card statements into Quickbooks? I cannot stress enough to any and all customer service reps who are reading this that the Apple Card is a VERY popular card and is used by legions of business owners, and this makes Quickbooks feel very antiquated and like using a 90's software service for bookkeeping since it is not modernizing and connecting to contemporary and popular credit cards. It is a MasterCard by GoldmanSachs, which should make it stupid easy to connect. In any case, I would very much like to emphasize for the record that this integration is very much needed.
In the meantime, do the workarounds actually work? Thank you for your expertise and hopefully some better and more illustrative information on this pain point.
Thank you for reaching out and providing feedback about connecting Apple credit card accounts in QuickBooks Online, EmilyO. I appreciate you taking the time to ask about improving online banking capabilities.
For now, directly connecting and downloading transactions from Apple's credit card is not currently supported in QuickBooks Online. However, you can import credit card statements in a CSV format as a workaround.
The best option is to find a third-party app that can convert your Apple credit card statement into a CSV file. Then you can upload the CSV into QuickBooks Online to import those transactions.
You can either use any of these supported formats in bringing your transactions into QBO:

Once formatted correctly, use the steps in this article on how to import your transaction: Manually Upload Transactions Into QuickBooks Online.
While not as seamless as direct connectivity, this workaround allows you to bring your Apple credit card data into QuickBooks without entering each transaction manually.

Frustrating answer to an even more frustrating problem. One dead link and a link to a video that mentions it for 0.75 seconds in a brand new account setup format. (irrelevant screen to most of us) Outstanding work Intuit!
does the moneythumb legit work? if so i'll use it to save a lot of data entry.
thank you
Greetings, jp.
Yes, MoneyThumb Online works well with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Integrating this third-party application converts downloaded and scanned bank and credit card statements automatically into QuickBooks. Making it easier for businesses to operate effectively.
Let me show you how you can get this app:
After downloading your bank data using a different application, you may want to review them and begin the reconciliation process to ensure your accounts match your bank and credit card statements.
Should you require further assistance integrating different programs in QBO, comment below. Take care always!
Yes for sure. Why do you ask?
agreed. Apple card integration also requested.
This is unacceptable, QuickBooks needs to listen to their customers.
That’s insane. Every credit card linked and the one I figured would be the easiest is about to make me delete QuickBooks. Absolutely ridiculous
