QuickBooks Online allows customers to make one-time payments by activating QuickBooks Payments, Bren.
This enables you to include a Pay Now button on the invoice, allowing your customers to conveniently pay using a credit card.
Here's how to turn it on:
- Click on the Gear icon.
- Go to Account and settings.
- On the Payments tab, click Activate payments.
Once done, set up the option to accept credit card payments. Here's how:
- Click on the Gear icon.
- Go to Account and settings.
- Go to the Sales tab.
- In the Invoice payment section, click the Pencil icon.
- Tick the Accept Credit Cards box.
- Click Save, then Done.
Lastly, create an invoice and send it to your customer, so they can pay using a credit card.
