QBO US version? Are you B2B or B2C? You can use a 3rd party payment processor.

Your QuickBooks Payments account is always subject for eligibility criteria, credits, and application approval, Tim.

 

Even if your account has been approved and was able to process online payments for your past transactions, you are still subject for eligibility criteria and credits. If you're not meeting those qualifications, you'll receive a notice via email about the status of your account. You can check the QuickBooks Terms of Service.

 

Also, it is best to review the Merchant Services Agreements when you sign up for QuickBooks Payments. It should give us a broader perspective of the offered services and our responsibilities.

 

Moreover, I'd recommend reaching out to our Payments Support Team on their supporting hours. They can review your account and provide you more details of what happened. They can also help you reinstate your account.

 

Once you have settled your account, you can start receiving and processing payments again in QuickBooks Online.
