Currently, the feature to add a signature to checks is not available in QuickBooks Online (QBO), jmogalian. However, you can request feedback from our product developers about this. I'm here to provide you with more details on this below.
QuickBooks Online allows basic check creation and printing. You can manually sign each check or use a compatible third-party E-signature application.
To add an E-signature app to your QuickBooks Online account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Navigate to the menu tab and select Apps.
- Enter E-signature in the search bar and click the magnifying glass icon to search.

- Once you locate the app you want, click Get App Now.
Although this feature isn't currently available, I recommend submitting your request directly to our software developers. This allows them to consider your suggestion for potential future enhancements.
To submit your suggestion:
- Click on the Gear icon.
- Under Profile, choose Feedback.
- Type in your product suggestion and click Next.
