How do I connect my Braintree Gateway account to quickbooks?

You can connect the account the same way on how to connect your bank in QBO. Or through Sync with PayPal, PayPal Bank Feeds, or Connect to PayPal app. You may choose the first or third option I've mentioned.

Thanks! How do I do it for Stripe? It won't interphase when I try to do it like I do when connecting bank accounts. I found Synder, which works well, but is $15 per month after the trial period. Is there a free alternative?

QuickBooks Online offers many third-party applications to integrate with your subscription. You can check out the reviews about Stripe for QBO. 

To integrate Stripe with QBO:

1. Go to the Apps menu.
2. Look for the app in the Search by name or category.
3. Or click on the Browse category drop-down for a more specific search.

I have the "Connect to PayPal app" installed, however it only allows me to login to my Paypal accounts. How do I login to my Braintree accounts? I was not prompted for a Braintree login. Could you please provide steps to accomplish this?

I have some information about the Braintree Payments. You'll want to download the Online Invoice Payments app to integrate with Braintree. Let me walk you through how.

1. In your QBO account, go to Apps.
2. Type "Online Invoice Payments" in the search field, then click to open.
3. Hit Get app now.

Through the above app, you'll be able to connect QBO to Braintree. By connecting QuickBooks to your payment provider, your customers can pay your invoices using a credit, debit card or Direct Debit (where possible). These payments can be automatically recorded back into QuickBooks to save you time and bookkeeping in future.
